Day 5: legs & back, ab ripper x

Feeling pretty sore today, especially in my neck, legs, and hips. Had some scrambled egg whites for breakfast; cheated and had two yellowtail handrolls for lunch in addition to a little salad and chicken. I looooooove sushi. Clif bar for a snack and was home right at 5:30pm to work out.

Legs & back: loved this workout. I've been doing squats and lunges pretty consistently for about the last month and it really helped me during this. Even so my quads were really shaking at the end of some exercises. I went sans-chair for pullups and I can definitely feel myself getting a little better already, I surprised myself a bit. Still need to put my feet on the ground between pullups but I am getting better. Great workout but I still suck at ab ripper. Damn you crunchy frog and scissors.

Afterwards I went straight away to physical therapy for my ankle. Getting up the stairs was a challenge in itself, and then I had to do one-leg squats at pt! Good day though, feeling a bit sore, a bit tired, but good. Nice grilled chicken and veggies for dinner again.
